Steps of Admission
Applicant should submit the following documents:
School certificate
Passport copy.
Filled application letter/form.
If all the documents are in order, students should cover the registration fee 500 USD to get an appointment for the online interview with the University official.
Online interview. In case, if the student is eligible we provide a pre-acceptance letter and Invoice to cover Complete 1st-year fee.
After applicant’s documents are submitted to the Ministry of Education of Georgia, (takes around 1 week) to issue a letter of Invitation. First-year students must pay tuition fee at once to obtain an Invitation Letter.
After the student covers the tuition fee fully, we issue an invitation letter.
Proceed with the study visa from the Georgian Embassy in the student’s country.

Documents Required for Visa Section of Russian Embassy
Admission letter from the Georgian Ministry.
Proof of complete payment of school fees from university.
International Passport.
Passport size photo.
School certificate (WAEC, NECO etc.).
Birth Certificate.
Medical Certificate.
Police Character Certificate.
Bank statement on the name of candidate for last 6 months (balance 3 000 USD and above), if the applicant is less than 18 years old, the bank statement should be from the sponsor with affidavit and sponsor’s ID.
Medical Insurance.
Visa process usually takes 10 working days after submitting of the full package of documents to the Georgian Embassy.
